Office Water Supplies Ltd (OWS) is a family-run company, founded in 1989 and based at Snetterton in Norfolk, that supplies and services bottle-fed and mains-fed water coolers, hot water boilers, filtered taps and sanitisation for commercial, domestic, NHS and construction customers across East Anglia: Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex. We have supplied locally sourced water for more than 35 years, and we pride ourselves on a professional, friendly service from a team you can actually get hold of.

Accreditations & compliance
Our sanitisation is carried out by WRAS-qualified engineers, and we hold Safe Contractor (Gold) and Construction Line Silver accreditation, along with membership of the Water Dispenser and Hydration Association. We supply documentation on completion as evidence for hygiene-compliance inspection.

We are set up for site work, with Chapter 8 compliant vehicles, Triple STS site supervisors, CSCS cards and DBS checks, so we can keep water flowing safely on active sites.
NHS and healthcare
We supply water solutions to several NHS trusts across East Anglia, and our incoming product lines offer UV sanitisation that meets new NHS UV-focused protocols.
Large infrastructure
We are the sole water supplier to Sizewell C, one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects.
Giving alternatives to single use plastics
Our water coolers and refill stations save a minimum of 20,000 plastic bottles per week.

How quickly can you respond if a machine breaks down?
Our aim is to attend site within 24 working hours of your call. If a repair has to be done off site, we can provide a free loan machine* so you are not left without water.
Do you offer both bottle-fed and mains-fed water coolers?
