How quickly can you respond if a machine breaks down?
Our aim is to attend site within 24 working hours of your call. If a repair has to be done off site, we can provide a free loan machine* so you are not left without water.
Do you offer both bottle-fed and mains-fed water coolers?
Yes, we supply both, so we can recommend whichever suits your space, usage and plumbing. Take a look at our coolers for work to compare the options.
Do you supply both workplaces and homes?
We do. We provide coolers, boilers, filtered taps and coffee machines for offices, sites and public spaces, and a dedicated home range for the kitchen. See our For Work range or our For Home range.

Yes, we are an independent, family-run company founded in 1989. We have supplied locally sourced water for more than 35 years, drawn from the Cretaceous chalk layer beneath the Norfolk Brecklands.
Where is Office Water Supplies based and which areas do you cover?
We are based at Snetterton in Norfolk and cover East Anglia: Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex. We can also reach selected areas of north London, so please enquire if you are just outside our main region.
