Bottle Water Coolers

Office Water Supplies has been supplying bottle water coolers across Norfolk and the wider East Anglia region since 1989. Our bottle-fed coolers are a simple, plug and play way to bring chilled, ambient or hot water to your workplace or home, with a choice of models and bottle sizes to suit almost any space. Below you will find guidance on cost, the machines we stock and answers to the questions we hear most.

Which bottle water cooler is right for you?

The right bottle water cooler comes down to the space you have, the water temperatures you need, your budget and how much water your team gets through.

Space

Choose floor-standing models for busier workplaces and communal areas, or counter-top models where floor space is limited.

Temperature

Coolers dispense chilled, ambient or hot water depending on the model, and some, such as the AA First 4400FZ2, also offer sparkling.

Budget & bottle size

We supply both budget and premium dispensers, with 11L, 15L or 18.9L bottles so you can match the supply to how much water you use. If lifting is a concern, ask about bottom-loading models.

  • Oasis: a wide range including the RFX, Quartz, Skye, B1NR, Aquarius and B1RR, many available contactless and made to order.
  • AA First: the 3300X, the 4400FZ2 with a sparkling option, and the ArcticStar 55.

Are contactless bottle water coolers available?

How much does a bottle water cooler cost?

Our bottle water coolers are priced on enquiry, so you get a quote matched to your exact setup rather than a fixed off-the-shelf price. The figure depends on the model and finish, the dispense options you need, whether you buy or hire, and the bottle size and how much water you get through. Call us on 01953 451753 or email info@officewatersupplies.co.uk and we will put together a quote to suit your requirements.

How is hygiene and water quality looked after?

Every machine we look after is sanitised by our WRAS-qualified engineers, and our bottled water has been locally sourced for more than 35 years, drawn from the Cretaceous chalk layer beneath the Norfolk Brecklands. We offer sanitisation as single visits or an annual package, with documentation on completion for hygiene-compliance inspections, and we recycle 100% of water filters through Watercare.

Frequently asked questions

Before you pick up the phone, here are the things customers ask us most, from where we cover to how fast we can help when a machine plays up.

Where a question touches on a particular product or service, we have pointed you to the page with the full detail.

Got a question we have not covered? We would rather have a quick chat than leave you guessing. Call us on 01953 451753 or email info@officewatersupplies.co.uk, and one of the team will get straight back to you.

How heavy are the bottles, and how are they changed?

Full bottles can be heavy, particularly the 18.9L size, so if lifting is a concern we offer bottom-loading coolers that let you slide the bottle into the cabinet base rather than lift it overhead. A hand pump dispenser is also available among our bottle water accessories to make changes easier.

Can I hire a bottle water cooler short term?

Yes, we offer short term hire, which is ideal for events, seasonal demand or covering an unexpectedly busy period. Our team can advise, deliver, manage and arrange collection to suit you, and pre-arranged weekend and bank holiday deliveries can also be handled through our short term hire service.

What happens if my cooler breaks down?

If your cooler breaks down, call us and we aim to attend site within 24 working hours. Most repairs are completed on site, and if a repair has to be carried out off site we can provide a free loan machine* so you are not left without water.

*subject to stock availability

How often should a water cooler be sanitised?

How often a cooler needs sanitising depends on how heavily it is used. We provide professional sanitisation by WRAS-qualified engineers, either as single visits or as part of an annual package, and we supply documentation on completion that you can use as evidence for any hygiene-compliance inspection.

Do I need plumbing for a bottle water cooler?

No, bottle water coolers do not need any plumbing. They simply plug into a standard power socket, which makes them a plug and play option and easy to move if your layout ever changes.
