Water systems we supply for the workplace
Every option below has its own page with the full range, brands and specifications.
Bottle water coolers
Plug-and-play coolers that run from refillable bottles, so they can go almost anywhere without plumbing work. A dependable choice for offices, reception areas and sites where a water connection is not close to hand.
Mains-fed water coolers
Plumbed straight into your water supply, with no bottles to store or swap, so they suit steady demand in a fixed location. Filtered chilled, ambient and hot options are available across the range.
Contactless water coolers
Sensor-operated and retrofit options that let people take water without touching the machine, for cleaner, more hygienic shared spaces. A practical upgrade for busy offices and public-facing sites.
Filtered water taps
Filtered taps built into a kitchen or servery, with chilled, ambient, sparkling and boiling options depending on the model, and a choice of finishes to match your fit-out. Ideal where you want water on tap without a standalone unit.
Water refill stations
Made for high-traffic and public-facing areas, refill stations let people top up bottles quickly and help cut single-use plastic. A good fit for receptions, gyms, schools and communal spaces.
Hot water boilers
Instant near-boiling water for workplaces that get through a lot of hot drinks, so the kettle queue disappears.
Commercial coffee machines
Bean-to-cup, pod and instant machines to keep a workplace caffeinated, supplied alongside your water solution so it is all looked after by one team.
Bottle-fed or mains-fed: which suits your office?
The main choice for most workplaces is between a bottle-fed cooler, which runs from refillable bottles we deliver, and a mains-fed cooler, which plumbs into your existing water supply. Bottle-fed is the simplest to get going and can sit anywhere; mains-fed removes bottle storage and suits higher, steady demand.
| Bottle-fed coolers | Mains-fed coolers | |

Frequently asked questions
Before you pick up the phone, here are the things customers ask us most, from where we cover to how fast we can help when a machine plays up.
Where a question touches on a particular product or service, we have pointed you to the page with the full detail.
Got a question we have not covered? We would rather have a quick chat than leave you guessing. Call us on 01953 451753 or email info@officewatersupplies.co.uk, and one of the team will get straight back to you.
Can you supply more than one machine, or several sites?
Yes. We handle multi-machine office installs and can supply and service across several locations. Get in touch with what you need.
How much does a workplace water cooler cost?
Pricing depends on the system, how many machines you need and your servicing arrangements, so we price on enquiry. Tell us what you are after and we will put together a quote.
Do you cover our area?
We cover Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex, with selected areas of north London by arrangement. If you are unsure, get in touch and we will let you know.
Can we get touch-free or contactless water?
Yes. We offer sensor-operated and retrofit contactless options for cleaner shared spaces. See our contactless water coolers.
What happens if our machine breaks down?
Call us and we aim to be on site within 24 working hours. If the repair has to be done off site, we can provide a free loan machine so you are not left without water, subject to stock.
How do you keep workplace water hygienic?
Sanitisation is carried out by WRAS-qualified engineers, either as single visits or an annual package, and we supply documentation on completion for your hygiene-compliance records.
Do mains-fed coolers and taps need plumbing work?
Yes, mains-fed coolers and filtered taps connect to your water supply, so they need a water connection nearby. Bottle-fed coolers are plug and play and need no plumbing.
Should we choose bottle-fed or mains-fed for our office?
Choose bottle-fed if plumbing is awkward or you want the freedom to move the cooler around; choose mains-fed for steady, higher demand in a fixed spot with no bottles to store. If you are unsure, tell us about your space and we will recommend the best fit.
