Water Refill Stations

Office Water Supplies has been supplying water solutions across Norfolk and the wider East Anglia region since 1989, and our water refill stations make it easy for people to top up a reusable bottle in busy, shared spaces. Our water refill stations are built for busy, public-facing spaces where people fill reusable bottles throughout the day, from schools and gyms to offices, leisure centres and public buildings. Most are sensor-activated for touch-free use, plumbed into your mains supply and filtered on site, and many display a running count of the single-use plastic bottles they have helped avoid. Depending on the model, they dispense chilled or ambient water and come as wall-mounted or freestanding units.

Which water refill station is right for you?

A few practical questions usually point to the right unit. These are the things worth thinking about before you enquire.

Space and mounting

Refill stations come wall-mounted, which keeps the floor clear in corridors and busy areas, or freestanding where you would rather not fix to a wall. Measure the spot you have in mind and leave room for people to step up and fill a bottle comfortably.

Water and dispensing

Most stations are sensor-activated, so people hold a bottle under the outlet and the water flows without a button to press. Depending on the model you can have chilled or ambient water, and many units show a running count of the single-use bottles they have helped avoid.

How busy the site is

A quiet office needs less capacity than a school corridor or a gym at peak times. Tell us the sort of footfall you expect and we will point you to a unit that keeps up without a queue.

Which water refill stations do you supply?

We supply mains fed refill stations in wall-mounted and freestanding formats, with touch-free sensor dispensing, on-site filtration and, on many models, a display that counts the single-use bottles saved.

Can a refill station be added to an existing water point?

In many cases, yes. Where there is a mains water supply nearby, our engineers can plumb in and filter a station as part of installation. Tell us the spot you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible.

How much does a water refill station cost?

Water refill stations are priced on enquiry, because the right unit depends on the location, whether it is wall-mounted or freestanding, the features you want and how busy the site is. Get in touch and we will recommend a suitable model and give you a clear quote. As they plumb into your mains supply, there are no bottles to buy, so most of the running cost is filtration and routine servicing, plus installation up front. Call us on 01953 451753 or email info@officewatersupplies.co.uk and we will put together a quote to suit your requirements.

How is hygiene and water quality looked after?

Touch-free, sensor-activated dispensing helps by keeping hands off the unit in shared spaces. Every station we install is filtered on site, using market-leading filters such as Brita and 3M, and sanitised on a schedule that suits how hard it works by our own WRAS-qualified engineers. When filters are replaced we recycle 100% of them, and we leave you documentation you can show at a hygiene-compliance inspection. If something goes wrong, we aim to attend site within 24 working hours, with a free loan machine available where a repair has to happen off site.*

Frequently asked questions

Before you pick up the phone, here are the things customers ask us most, from where we cover to how fast we can help when a machine plays up.

Where a question touches on a particular product or service, we have pointed you to the page with the full detail.

Got a question we have not covered? We would rather have a quick chat than leave you guessing. Call us on 01953 451753 or email info@officewatersupplies.co.uk, and one of the team will get straight back to you.

Do water refill stations need servicing?

Yes. We recommend sanitisation at least once a year, carried out by our WRAS-qualified engineers, with filter changes to suit how much the station is used. You can book single visits or an annual package, and we provide documentation on completion as evidence for hygiene-compliance checks.

Do water refill stations reduce single-use plastic?

They are designed to encourage reusable bottles instead of single-use ones, which cuts down on plastic waste over time. Many models show a running count of the single-use bottles saved, which is a useful prompt for staff, pupils and visitors.

Where can water refill stations be installed?

They suit busy, shared spaces such as schools, gyms, leisure centres, offices and public buildings. Units come wall-mounted to save floor space or freestanding, and they need a mains water point nearby. Tell us where you would like one and our engineers will confirm what is possible.

How does a water refill station work?

A water refill station lets people top up a reusable bottle quickly, usually by holding it under a sensor that starts the flow, so there is no button to press. It plumbs into your mains supply and filters the water on site, giving chilled or ambient water depending on the model.
