Before you place an order, here are the things customers ask us most about consumables, from ordering online to finding the right part for your machine. How do I know which filter or part fits my machine?
Many of our parts are made for specific dispenser models, and for mains fed accessories the model code is included in the part name. If you're not sure which model you have, call us on 01953 451753 and we'll check for you.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Standard bottled water deliveries take 2 to 3 days, and pallet orders take 3 to 5 days. If you need something sooner, next-day delivery is available as a paid upgrade on orders placed before 12pm.
How much do consumables cost?
Consumables sold through the OWS Shop have their prices listed there. For anything not in the shop, call us on 01953 451753 and we'll give you a price.
Can I order consumables online?
Yes, many of our consumables can be ordered through the OWS Shop, including water filters, cups, cleaning and hygiene products, and 15 litre bottled water by the full or half pallet. For anything you can't find there, call us on 01953 451753.
