Frequently asked questions
Before you pick up the phone, here are the things customers ask us most, from where we cover to how fast we can help when a machine plays up.
Where a question touches on a particular product or service, we have pointed you to the page with the full detail.
Got a question we have not covered? We would rather have a quick chat than leave you guessing. Call us on 01953 451753 or email info@officewatersupplies.co.uk, and one of the team will get straight back to you.
Do you also sanitise water coolers and dispensers?
Yes. Our WRAS-qualified engineers sanitise water coolers, taps and dispensers as single visits or on an annual package. We supply documentation on completion, which you can use as evidence for hygiene-compliance inspections. We also offer anti-microbial spray services.
How do PureHold antibacterial door handle covers work?
PureHold handle covers and push plates have silver ions built into the surface, which PureHold says work continuously against bacteria left by users. The PULL cover clips over an existing cylindrical pull handle of 19mm, 20mm or 22mm without tools. Each cover has a timestrip indicator that shows when it needs replacing.
Can I order hygiene products online?
Yes, many of our hygiene products can be ordered through the OWS Shop, including PureHold door handle products and hand sanitisers. If you can't find what you need, call us on 01953 451753 and we'll help.
