Bottle cooler or plumbed in: which suits your kitchen?
The main choice at home is between a bottle cooler, which runs from refillable bottles we deliver, and a plumbed option, a mains-fed table-top cooler or a filtered tap, that connects to your kitchen supply. A bottle cooler is the simplest to get going and can sit anywhere; a plumbed option means no bottles to store.

Which water option is right for your home?
It comes down to whether you have easy access to plumbing and how you want your water. As a rule of thumb: bottle water coolers need no plumbing and can go anywhere; mains-fed table-top coolers plumb into your kitchen supply with no bottles to store; filtered water taps give you chilled, ambient, sparkling or boiling water straight from the tap; and pod coffee machines round things off for the coffee lovers. How much does a home water cooler or tap cost?
Pricing depends on the option you choose and any servicing, so we price on enquiry. Tell us what you are after and we will put together a quote.
Can I get filtered sparkling water at home?
Yes, some of our filtered taps dispense sparkling as well as chilled, ambient and boiling water. See our filtered water taps for the models.
What happens if my machine breaks down?
Call us and we aim to be on site within 24 working hours. If a repair has to be done off site, we can provide a loan machine so you are not left without water, subject to stock.
How do you keep a home cooler clean and hygienic?
Sanitisation is carried out by WRAS-qualified engineers, as single visits or an annual package, the same service our commercial customers get.
Do you deliver bottles to my home?
Yes, we deliver to homes across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex. Tell us where you are and we will confirm.
Do table-top coolers and filtered taps need plumbing?
Yes, both connect to your kitchen water supply, so they need a water connection nearby. Bottle coolers are plug and play and need no plumbing.
Which water option suits my home?
