All of our rental agreements include OWS Service Contracts, so the water dispensed from your machine stays clean and safe. If you own your equipment, you can book single sanitisation visits or an annual package to suit your requirements.

Yes, we supply documentation on completion of every service, which you can use as evidence for any on-site hygiene-compliance inspection. It gives you a clear record that your equipment has been properly maintained.

We aim to cause as little disruption as possible. Where timing is tight, we offer an out of hours service, or a temporary machine exchange while the works are carried out, subject to availability.
