Description

The AA First Arctic Spring 100C is a high-capacity, mains-fed unit that combines a hot water boiler with a direct chill cooler, giving you piping hot and well chilled water from a single floor-standing machine. With a 9 litre hot tank and around 30 litres of chilled water an hour, it is built for busy offices, canteens and staff rooms.

It can be fitted with the KLARAN UVC LED purification system, which uses UV-C LED technology at the point of dispense to reduce bacterial contamination. AA First states the system targets 99% or more of common waterborne bacteria such as E. coli, Legionella and Pseudomonas, which suits hygiene-sensitive settings including the NHS and healthcare work we support. An eco light sensor switches the boiler off when the lights go out to save energy, the 23cm dispensing height takes large bottles, and a FloodGuard inlet solenoid guards against large-scale leaks.

Does it dispense hot water?

Yes. It has a 9 litre hot water tank held at 90°C or above, alongside chilled water, so it serves hot drinks and cold water from one unit.

What is the KLARAN UVC system?
